Natural way to get rid from Acne

Drink water : By drinking lukewarm water in morning this increases the glow of the face. It works to remove unnecessary elements from your body. Take a one glass of lukewarm water and add one teaspoonful honey and lemon you can also add a lemon. This remedy increases the glow of the face.

Do exercise : Exercising removes toxins from the body and also increases the production of collagen. Do exercise every morning. Walk for half an hour, cycling, running are also helpful in this.

Wash face before sleeping : Washing face before sleeping is important step for removing dust particle from the face. Dust and makeup applied on the face damages the face overnight. Sleep only after washing your face. This will clear the impurities on the face.

Sleep well : When we do not get enough sleep, our face feels tired and the face looks discolored. Sleep at least 6 hours is good for health

Be happy : Don't take stress because  when we are suffering from anxiety and stress, the glow of the face starts decreasing gradually, but when we are happy, then its glow reflects differently on our face, then be happy.

Do yoga :  Yoga adds to the beauty of our whole body. By doing yoga, there is a natural glow on the face. Every morning, practice yoga like Suryanamaskar, Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom etc.

Causes of Acne

For most people, acne is very troublesome in between 20s to 30s after that they gradually decrease on their own. There are many reasons behind acne, some of which are mild, some are serious. Such as-

Sebum production  : Acne begins in the oil glands of the skin. The oil travels all over the pores to reach the pores. Due to this the pores get blocked and acne starts on the face. Skin oil can build up for many other reasons as well, such as oily skin and poor skin care routine.

Hair follicle clogged by oils and dead skin cells : Problems related to hair, oil and cells are also caused due to dead cells. Dead cells block the pores, due to which people can also get acne. Also, it affects the blood circulation, due to which the problem of acne starts increasing.

Certain medication :  The problem of acne can also happen to those people who are undergoing any treatment because the medicines they eat have a bad effect on their body. Many drugs cause different changes in the body and this triggers acne.  Such as steroids and other heavy medication.

Stress : If you take more stress, its effect is visible on your face in the form of acne. Due to stress, there is a change in hormones which is the cause of acne. Let us tell you that due to the accumulation of excess toxins in the body, acne or acne can occur.

Carbohydrate rich diet : More carbohydrates in the diet Research has found that a high-carbohydrate diet can also cause acne. The researchers divided the participants into two groups, in which for 12 weeks, one group was given a diet high in carbohydrates and the other was given a diet high in protein. They found that after two weeks, people on a carbohydrate-rich diet doubled their acne, while those on a protein-rich diet had less acne.
