Amla, sometimes referred to as "Indian gooseberry," is the highest natural source of vitamin C and is packed with minerals. It is frequently utilised for a variety of health issues. Amla regularly consumed also strengthens immunity. Amla is considered one of the best "Rasayans" in Ayurveda since it helps to brighten the complexion, purify the blood, and enhance vision.

    Ayurveda for improving immunity

According to Ayurveda, the world's oldest medical system, immunity is the capacity of the body to stop the onset of diseases or fend off an existing illness. Strong disease resistance or immunity is referred to in Ayurveda as ojas (protection), while the body's capacity to distinguish between pathogens and healthy cells and tissues is referred to as tejas, or body intelligence. Our cells are able to communicate with one another using hormones and other chemical messengers as a result of tejas.

Numerous variables, including genetics, stress, poor mental health, bad emotions (guilt, wrath, envy, jealousy), antibiotic usage, metabolic disorders , lifestyle (lack of exercise), and poor diet, all contribute to inadequate immunity in the body.

    Exercise for improving immunity

Any modest exercise programme It is thought that exercise, such as running, cycling, or walking, aids in the removal of microorganisms from the lungs and airways. White blood cells and antibodies are altered by exercise (WBC). WBCs are immune system cells that aid in the body's defence against sickness. Since these WBCs or antibodies circulate more quickly than in the past, they may be able to identify illnesses earlier than in the past.

The production of macrophages, which are cells that target the types of bacteria that might cause upper respiratory infections, is thought to be increased by exercise. More recent research demonstrates that exercise truly causes physiological changes in the immune system.Immune-boosting cells circulate around the body more quickly and have the power to eradicate both germs and viruses. The body quickly returns to normal after exercise, but frequent activity seems to lengthen periods of immunity.

    Yoga for Immunity

Yoga is a holistic exercise that both physically and mentally strengthens our bodies. As a result, in such circumstances, the body's defence mechanisms also function better. If we learn to adopt a healthy lifestyle, make proper dietary choices, and regularly practise yoga, a healthy life can be readily attained. Yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda are the best practises for boosting immunity.

Yoga is a preventative measure to ward off ailments rather than a replacement for medications, and regular practise has many positive health effects on the body and mind.

    Diet for Improving Immunity

The right foods, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and light dairy products, are just as important as eating intelligently at the right times, in the right amounts, and at regular intervals. If you choose fresh, entire meals that have not been processed, your meal will awaken nature's intellect and quickly transform into ojas, giving you a strong immune system. Processed, canned, frozen, or packaged foods are more difficult to digest because they contain hazardous additives like chemical preservatives. These foods are considered dumb because they prevent nature's intelligence from reaching our cells.

    Indication

    General Debility

Degenerative alterations in bodily tissue, particularly those affecting the muscular system, are referred to as general debility. Its primary characteristic is a sensation of weakness when performing light labour.

    Ageing

The physiological processes necessary for survival and reproduction deteriorate with age. Senescent disorders, such as cancer and heart disease, should not be confused with the phenotypic changes of senescence, which impact all members of the species (which affect individuals)

    Rejuvenator

The consequences of all prior illnesses are totally eliminated through rejuvenation, which also completely revitalises the body. Its purifying impact gives life a second chance by totally purging the body, mind, and spirit.

    Low immunity

A compromised immune system Immunocompromised individuals are less able to fight off infections and other illnesses. This may result from certain illnesses or situations, including starvation, AIDS, cancer, diabetes, and some genetic problems.
